International Sales Manager
Drive and develop business across EMEA by connecting customers with global producers. A hands‑on role for someone energized by relationships, international travel, and long‑term growth.

As an International Sales Manager, you work close to the market, identifying opportunities, developing business, and turning ideas into profitable deals. You will manage buying and selling within our Packaging and Paper division, balancing day to day business, development and market presence.
About the role
This role suits someone who enjoys being out in the market, building networks, spotting opportunities early, and driving both short-term results and long-term growth. The role involves extensive traveling, and a lot of interaction with customers and suppliers, as well as close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
We are looking for
Someone with a commercial mindset and experience in international or export sales. You enjoy face‑to‑face business, are motivated by closing deals and developing markets. You communicate confidently, build trust quickly, and thrive in a role with high market exposure and freedom to act.
What you'll bring
Several years of experience in international or export sales
A proven ability to develop business in competitive markets
A hands‑on, relationship‑driven approach and willingness to travel extensively
Fluency in English and Swedish; additional languages such as French or Spanish are an advantage
A Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics
