As a Sales Manager in the Pulp Division, you’ll be at the heart of this mission - driving growth, nurturing partnerships, and representing our principals across the Middle East.
The markets
CellMark has been present in the Middle East, through our Dubai office, for the past 25 years. We represent a number of leading pulp producers, managing the marketing and sales of their products across the region. Today, CellMark controls approximately 35% of the total pulp market in the GCC countries. The Middle East is a region of growth and opportunity. The main part of the existing business is in the GCC countries. Bahrain, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
Your Impact
As Sales Manager, you will:
- Maintain and expand the sales in both established and emerging markets across the Middle East.
- Act as a trusted partner to suppliers and customers, providing market insights and securing new business opportunities.
- Travel frequently across the region to build relationships, establish presence, and support business development - both independently and alongside suppliers.
- Attend industry conferences to connect with current and potential partners.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts, including spot and long-term agreements, with both suppliers and customers.
- Monitor market trends and proactively present opportunities to our principals.

- Proven trading experience in international pulp trading or related industry.
- Strong business acumen – you understand margins, market dynamics, and how to create value.
- Exceptional communication skills – you communicate engaging, listen actively and adapt your message to diverse audience.
- Ability to build relationships and maintain trust over time.
- Self-leadership – you take ownership, stay resilient, and deliver results.
- Problem-solving mindset – you thrive in complexity and find creative solutions.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel.
