Business Coordinator
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Business Manager in executing orders for basic chemical products in the Chinese market.
- Follow up on logistics, documentation, and after-sales services promptly based on business orders.
- Maintain daily business communication with domestic and international suppliers and clients to foster strong business relationships.
- Handle receipt and payment transactions, and perform cashier duties.
- Manage office administrative tasks.
- Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in the chemical or international trade industry, with familiarity of international trade processes.
- CET-6 certificate, with excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; proficiency in drafting business correspondence in English and strong oral communication abilities.
- Accounting certificate is preferred.
- Proactive approach to work, high sense of responsibility, strong team spirit, exceptional execution skills, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
