We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Sales service team in our Pulp Division. Maybe it's you we are looking for!

What does a Sales Service Coordinator do? 

As a Sales Service Coordinator at Pulp Division in Gothenburg, you will be an important part of our sales team, working mainly with Far East and Middle East markets.
You will manage the supply chain from start to finish in close cooperation with customers, suppliers and logistics partners all over the world.

The Key Responsibilities You Will Have are:

Sales Service 

• Issue contracts and manage the supply chain process. Including maintaining suppliers and customer communication
• Following up on shipments and providing customers with required documentation in a timely manner
• Ensure relevant payment instruments are used to secure payment
• Check of Letters of Credits to ensure they are workable
• Authorize supplier payments, create customer invoices and monitoring credit limits
• Provide support to our team of traders

Logistics

• Coordinate transportation
• Issue and provide relevant documentation
• Close communication with suppliers, forwarders, carriers and warehouses. Keeping all stakeholders up to date

We are Seeking You: 

• Who is proactive, detail-oriented and that is flexible to the needs of the business
• Who is a multitasker, capable of prioritizing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• With strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• With time management skills who is able to communicate information in a professional manner and follow up in a clear and timely manner
• With the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• With business graduate and/or experience in sales/customer service/logistics in the commodity and/or transportation industries
• With high proficiency in Excel, Word, and ERP type software 
• With very good knowledge of English and Swedish
