Accountant & Office Admin Assistant
Accounts
- Manage full sets of accounts
- Perform costing
- Handle and follow up all payment related matters, including prepare supplier payment & upload online payment to get approval
- Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Functions
- Preparation of VAT return & any others mandatory returns; ensure compliance with instructions and deadlines
- Process month end closing and reporting; including preparation of P&L, monthly schedules, Bank Reconciliation, Inter-co Reconciliation and etc
- Prepare Inter-co charge back Debit Invoice
- Checking and compiling travelling expenses claims
- Assist in financial year end audit
- Handle treasury function such as petty cash, prepare cashflow forecast and etc
- Maintain proper file record
Admin
- Perform all office administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the office
- Answer general incoming calls and forward it to the respective division
- Responsible of reception duties including attend to visitors if required
- Manage calendars, meetings and event arrangements
- Monitor and handle all office facilities contract / subscription, rental and payment
- Ensure proper filling of administrative documents
- Manage stationery including ordering, distribution and keep track of stationery inventory
- Manage and maintain office supplies, office equipment and company assets
- Update division staffs’ contact list
- Assist in the management of off-site documents storage including sorting and boxing of documents if required
- Orientation on general office functions and introduction to all staffs for new join staff
- Other ad-hoc or admin duties when assigned
- Please note this position is based in Seoul. All who are interested are encouraged to apply. However, there is no relocation assistance offered.
