The Pulp Department in Gothenburg, is looking for a new Sales Service Coordinator. The position require experiences from logistics and transport, contract administration, payment routines and invoicing, including presentation of documents under l/c’s/cash against documents/avalized drafts.

Key responsibilities

  • In cooperation with responsible sales representative ensure the future customer/supplier relationships and continued business
  • Issue and follow up of contracts sent to customers/suppliers
  • Keep customers updated on order status
  • Check customer limits
  • Ensure relevant payment instruments are used to secure payment
  • Check Letters of Credits and ensure they are workable
  • Book shipments
  • Execute currency contracts
  • Authorize supplier payments
  • Invoicing and provide documentation to customer, supplier and/or bank
  • Provide instructions for issuing of correct documentation
  • Handle quality claims

Skill requirements (knowledge of)  

  • Customs and export regulations including terms of delivery and shipping procedures
  • Letters of Credit, bank guarantees and other payment instruments
  • Computer handling, such as IFS, MS Office, etc
  • Fluent in the Swedish and English languages

The position includes both internal and external contacts. You are self-confident, well organized and able to work independently as well as part of a team to. You need to be good with figures and be able to handle relationships with suppliers and customers. In addition to basic skills, you also have a great interest in conducting business and develop business relations.
